Community
service and the arts are the healing tools chosen I have chosen to lead a
full and productively rewarding life. My community services have
included volunteering work with: Temecula Valley Art League, Temecula
Balloon and Wine Festival, local rodeos, Telephone Pioneers of America,
AIDS Walk Los Angeles/AIDS Project Los Angeles, and Temecula Sister City
Association’s presentation of the Children’s Matsuri bringing Japanese
culture and fun to Southern California kids where I donated rolls of
paper to help with the production of this cultural event. During
the 2007 fire storm in Southern California, I also donated crayons
and paper for a calming and therapeutic effect on the displaced children housed at Temecula’s local Sports Park.
